AETNA
Wine bar in Paris preparing dishes with seasonal products and a board of cheese or charcuterie.
Aetna («I burn» in Greek), led by David Rougier, remains one of the best wine bars in the district. Because yes, the place is above all a bar: a wooden counter shaped like a boat or rugby ball - it's according to your references! - stone walls and a very softened light. We come to taste a wine that is accompanied by plates composed by the master of the house in person with authentic seasonal products of excellent quality. The wine and food pairing is perfect. The foie gras, for example, is accompanied by armagnac and it's very good, the beef tartare is perfectly accompanied by a Provence red wine. You can also share a cheese or charcuterie board.
