Caviar restaurant-bar in Paris offering caviar tapas and other dishes featuring braised beef.

The Boutary house, which is renowned for its caviar, has opened a caviar bar restaurant to make this luxury product accessible to a new clientele. Let us say it right away: Here, we are talked about relaxation and refinement - the second concept takes precedence over the first! Classic inspiration and ultra-modern touches for the setting. For the cuisine, Kelly Rangama, the chef, has imagined tapas with caviar to share at very accessible prices, like this hen's egg with Boutary caviar, kabocha pulp with yuzu, carbonara emulsion or an XXL sea razor clam, Dubarry mousseline, Kikkoman sauce, boutary caviar. It also aligns other dishes like a cromesquis of beef cheek braised with porto or a griddled Bellota pluma iberica.

We did the caviar tasting and the full tasting menu, every dish was explained very well, presentation was carefully done and tasted delicious.

Well worth the money for the good quality food, good service and ambience. The effort placed in every dish reflects their professionalism and pride. 5 course is sufficient and 3 hrs for your typical French fine dining.

Eten top, opmaak prachtig, personeel vriendelijk, kleine chique porties, zalige champagne!

From start to finish, this restaurant is phenomenal. My wife and I live in NYC, and we have dined at numerous Michelin starred restaurants, and this Boutary leaves many of them in the rearview mirror. While everything was worth commenting on, their signature potato dish blew my mind. I could provide a detailed description of everything that I loved, including getting to know the host Frederick, who spent time hosting in Japan and gave us museum recommendations, but I don't need to justify five stars for a restaurant that so easily surpasses those Michelin starred restaurants I've dined at. If your so snooty that it's Michelin or bust, that's great because those who truly enjoy a dining experience that both tastes spectacular and leaves you wanting to return as part of a new tradition of visiting Paris, then Boutary must be on your list.
