Caviar restaurant-bar in Paris offering caviar tapas and other dishes featuring braised beef.
The Boutary house, which is renowned for its caviar, has opened a caviar bar restaurant to make this luxury product accessible to a new clientele. Let us say it right away: Here, we are talked about relaxation and refinement - the second concept takes precedence over the first! Classic inspiration and ultra-modern touches for the setting. For the cuisine, Kelly Rangama, the chef, has imagined tapas with caviar to share at very accessible prices, like this hen's egg with Boutary caviar, kabocha pulp with yuzu, carbonara emulsion or an XXL sea razor clam, Dubarry mousseline, Kikkoman sauce, boutary caviar. It also aligns other dishes like a cromesquis of beef cheek braised with porto or a griddled Bellota pluma iberica.

Since, I’m absolute fan of caviar and Champagne ???? we couldn’t miss out on experience at Boutary.
Boutary was fantastic! We were received with so much courtesy that from the start I couldn’t help but feel at home.
Service was more than brilliant, everyone attending us was really professional with a twist of personalisation.
Oh! The interior is minimal with a touch of red, very creative light design.
We took 7 course testing menu with wine pairing. The wines were exquisite! I have never been a fan of French wines, but they manage to astonish me (now I even have a new favourite wine!)
Menu was outstanding as well very thought through, creative and surprising. In general, this experience was sensational, with a cherry on top of meeting Chef Christophe.
Thank you for this experience, being so thoughtful and attending I’m already looking forward for our next visit! ❤️
