Restaurant offering Parisian cuisine with market products.
Lou quinsou is a small cévenol bird, a nickname given in his childhood in Lozère to Antonin Bonnet, ex-star to the Sergeant Recruiter. The boy took a little time to go back to the front of the Parisian kitchens after being a little broke the wings at the Young Street. That is done and done well. Decco trend with a glass, leather benches, tables and chairs in beautiful wood, light lamps, everything to please a clientele of connoisseurs in the purse a little garnier. The card sticks to the season with the imagination of Antonin Bonnet: calf bean mulch, royal cap of Cap Ferret, intense feral egg in orty soup, sacrificial lamb manex manex and divine licorice, etc. Inspired and harmonious compositions that adapt to the products of the market, so we come back again and again to discover the market. new ideas of the chief.

Bravo! On reviendra!
