Address with terrace and nice atmosphere where the chef's cooking remains traditional.

A good idea in the heart of the chic 6th arrondissement, it's well worth a stop. The decor is unusual, to say the least, but that's what gives this establishment its charm. The prices, too, are out of this world: a daily special and dessert for a small price... Unbeatable in the neighborhood! The chef's cuisine (who also provides service) remains traditional, as in the case of these baked sardines, smoked sausage and lentils, or black pudding as daily specials on a summer's day. Warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The terrace is packed when the weather's fine.

Plat bien chaud, délicieux et copieux.
On est un peu serré mais l'addition est tellement sympa qu'on ne va pas se plaindre.
Choisir si possible une table au fond.

Very nice, small, cozy place. All the French classic. It has its own French charm as the menu is written on a board by the entrance and all the formula deals. Had a refreshing, warm goat cheese salad prepared in a classic French manner (they don't load up salads, it's usually just very fresh lettuce leaves with some oil and vinegar) with some bred crumbs on top. For the main dish, I had an amazing soul warming beef Bourguignon, very tasty (best one out of dozens I tried for my taste). The owner doesn't rush with a bill as in other places, you have to ask for it (which is also the best for me). Paid 14 euros for the formula regretting all the other times I paid 60-70 euros in so called "popular" restaurants and had the worst meals ever. It is also ok to sit here till late with just drinks. Very nice outdoor seats.
