Le Mabillon was given a new look at the end of 2017! After some renovation works and a regeneration of the place, the address is now brought up to date: bright glass wall, elegant black facade, trendy lighting, now the setting is as charming as the menu. That is quite something when you know the quality of the cuisine on site. Among the tasty dishes: poached eggs with mushrooms, fricassee of poultry with mushrooms, chicken paillard marinated with lemon, flank steak with shallot, beef tartare, éclair with salted butter caramel or tropézienne of Sénéquier house. The service is continuous and suitable for all moments of life. And on Sunday, Le Mabillon also offers a superb full brunch.
