MAISON SAUVAGE
Bar-restaurant with a green facade located at the corner of Rue Grégoire-de-Tours.
It's impossible to miss Maison Sauvage when you're in Rue de Buci, the bar/restaurant with the green façade. The house is spread over two floors, but if you can afford it, as seating is at a premium, the terrace is the place to be. As well as sipping a cocktail, you can enjoy simple dishes: the must-try avocado toast and quinoa bowl, salads (shrimp & kale, Caesar...), burgers, a beef polpette with ricotta (seen on the à la carte menu one winter)... A cuisine of the moment that taps into fashionable culinary registers.
