LA MAISON DE LA LOZÈRE
Restaurant in a warm setting in Paris, offering a la carte gastronomic specialties from Lozere and Aveyron
We agree: Lozere is not Aveyron. However, we must recognize that we share the same gastronomic treasures. The Aubrac, which straddles the two departments, produces beef and aligot, which can be found on the menu of this very authentic restaurant. The terrine caussenarde, the cochonnaille des causses and the crunchy caramelized apples with honey, cream with ewe's milk cheese also have the taste of Auvergne. All the regional recipes are homemade and served in a warm setting in the image of the department.
