If one had to summarize William Ledeuil's philosophy, one could say: the art of taste and the taste of art. The art of taste... The life of the talented chef of Ze Kitchen Galerie is punctuated by stays in Asia. He has a passion for this continent and its products; he draws his inspiration from it, considering the broths, the pillars of his cuisine, as "a palette of perfumes and flavours". On the menu of a September dinner, for example, there was a lean meat with wasabi as a condiment and a salt-meadow lamb prepared with yellow curry and saffron. A taste for art... Because the dishes are always meticulously prepared, and works of art line the walls of the restaurant.

Très bonne expérience. On est a côté des cuisiniers qui concoctent leurs plats devant nous. Petite cuisine avec au moins 10 personnes dedans. Les plats sont raffinés et les goûts sont là. Les portions sont peut être un peu petites. Carte limitee et c'est tant mieux.Le service était agréable et sans fausse note. L'endroit est un peu "passant" lors que les tables dont proches de la cuisine et le bruit est plus important. Une très belle adresse dans le quartier. A conseiller.
