1-star Ibis restaurant in Paris offering pasta, grilled cod-style dishes, and desserts.

Kitchen Galerie Bis, Kitchen Galerie Bis, known as KGB, took the aspect of a resolutely modern decoration: polished-concrete floor, custom-made furniture in full colours, contemporary paintings. Little sister of Ze Kitchen Galerie, the holder of a Michelin star located in the same street, the KGB is not a restaurant like the others. Blame it on these "zors d'œuvre", small creations resembling tapas without actually being that, all equally hard-hitting and stunning. In the end, it is a shared cuisine designed by William Ledeuil, the chef of Ze Kitchen Galerie for his restaurant bis. There are pastas but not just any kind, the dishes with roasted cod and green anise style, and then the desserts like a banana-lemon cappuccino... Each bite rushes taste buds and sticks an uppercut of perfumes of a surgical precision to them.

ATTENTION
Mes commentaires concernent le KGB et non Oktobre Decouvert il y a 15 ans et deja un tres bon souvenir. Que dire cuisine tres raffine intemporelle avec des techniques plus que maitrisees. Un croisement entre bisronomie et l etoile sans etre dans le populaire n y dans le pompeux

Un restaurant gastronomique extrêmement recommandable à deux pas de Saint-Michel. Cuisine excellente, diététique et élaborée. Service rapide et très aimable. Prix tout à fait raisonnable vu la qualité. À faire ou à refaire !!

Très bon moment ! Le menu dégustation est à découvrir. Tout était délicieux. Le chef s’est adapté à toutes nos restrictions alimentaires sans perdre en qualité et saveurs, bravo!
Seule la carte des vins mérite d’être davantage peaufinée (pour la Loire, 3 ou 4 saumur rouges et pas de sancerre ou de menetou)
