Cyril Lignac is inexhaustible! In addition to the TV shows, the recipe books, the bakeries and other restaurants of which he is the owner, he has been the head of this Parisian gastronomy monument since 2011 and it can be said it sparkles. Marble bar, caramel-coloured benches, original tiles and always this flowered tapestry that has been restored. Believe us, the set looks beautiful. And the dish too! We keep an excellent souvenir of the caramelized cod with miso, the burrata with olive oil and the figs and the irresistible milk chocolate soup and hazelnut ice cream of Piedmont. An inventive cuisine prepared with fresh and quality products, all in a classy atmosphere and for a price that we qualify as reasonable for the neighbourhood.
