Christophe Chabanel is properly installed in his small restaurant where he is at the same time in charge of the cuisine but also the service in the dining room to accommodate his guests. Classic décor enhanced with a red coating in the background, large moleskin benches, well prepared tables with tablecloths and cloth white napkins. On the à la carte menu, which varies very regularly depending on the seasons, and on the chalk menu of the day, we pleasantly find the must-eat of a bistro with a certain originality. The very affordable lunch formula allows you to choose between two starters and two main courses, for example: hot goat cheese in puff pastry and endive seasoned with citrus vinegrette or beef broth and Royan ravioli, followed by a range of pig and its lentils soup or a à la plancha mackerel fillet accompanied by its acidulous juice and soy and its leek fondue.
