AU CHAI DE L'ABBAYE
Traditional address in Paris offering a menu of bistro dishes, meat and vegetarian dishes
In the heart of the Latin Quarter, Bernard Séguis has been holding this brewery for over 30 years. A traditional address with its old coffee boys and a similarly retro decor. On the map, canals of bistros: Burgundy snails, stuffed cabbage auvergnat, sausage of Morteau and lentils, Cantal chicken chicken. Also salads, vegetarian dishes and teas of all kinds. In dessert, cake or sweets, the hotel prefers to highlight the fine selection of cheese. It offers trays for one or two people, to deal with the varieties proposed à la carte. The house also has a sacred selection of wines from local wines, and the name must be honored.
