Pour ce qui est du repas, je ne suis pas fan de l'huître ni de l'encornet, pourtant j'ai adoré, le tartare de noix de veau était incroyable. Le dessert était excellent et très rafraîchissant.
Le plus surprenant pour moi était le décalage entre le visuel et les saveurs et textures en bouche, une agréable surprise.
Très bonne expérience, un sans faute, je recommande fortement à tous les amoureux de la gastronomie.
