Address in Paris preparing traditional dishes and organic eggs in all its forms

Addresses like this one, we want every corner of the street, it would make life better and the stomach much happier! This superb Coup de Torchon entered the Saint-Germain district in November 2017 and - despite its air of small new ones - he immediately skinned the gallery. A beautiful brasserie is given from the bar thanks to a cellar filled with balanced references and a friendly service, but the few bluish touches and the raw buffet come to remind us that the address has boldness and is defending itself with a certain modernity. Moreover, these personality traits are found in plates, rather traditional, but reinvigorated by the chef. Among other things: lamb rice stove and xerès, walnut garden of Saint James and organic eggs in all its forms. Finally, you will not be able to miss in the room, the dynamic and charismatic patronizer, Frédérique Noiret, the unique daughter of the illustrious actor Philippe Noiret. She's so warm that you'll feel like she's known her forever. And this will surely be another reason for you to come back!
