Restaurant in Paris preparing tender meats cooked on wood fire: a speciality of the house.
In the past, this location was occupied by Le Bien Décidé, Gérard Depardieu's restaurant. Today, it is L'Abraise which occupies the place. The speciality of the house is the cooking with wood fire. And frankly, it changes everything! Extremely tender, the veal from Aveyron chosen at the time of our visit was of a "savoury good" taste. Our neighbor, who had opted for an entrecote, also seemed delighted with his choice. Also on the menu, beef ribs from Aubrac and Simmenthal, sweetbreads... Meat lovers will appreciate it.
