Bistro-restaurant in Paris elaborating red meats and fish with an excellent quality-price ratio.
Entering this bistro is finding sensations of yesteryear, flavors that are forgotten or too distorted by the frequenting or the tasting of dishes not always authentic. Here, it is just the opposite. From the decoration with its black and white tiled floor and the panelling to the content of the plate, everything contributes to creating a warm atmosphere. A rustic setting in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the restaurant is a good address, with excellent value for money. The cuisine is not left out, with good specialties focused on stews and household dishes. In addition to the wide choice of red meats including the chateaubriand with green pepper, you absolutely need to taste the lamb of 7 hours - shank - cooked with prunes, not to forget the fish, especially the sea bass fillet with sorrel cream, vegetables in season. At the time for dessert, you will fall for the compote of apple, pear, prunes and cinnamon or the classic caramel cream!
