Parisian address offering eggs in all their forms and a complete brunch every day.
Don't look here for a bone bone bone, a cutting beef coast or a sausage sausage, it's not the kind of house. A small cocoon with a very feminine decoration with a room on the first floor named "The Chicken," Eggs & Co is a chicken with farm eggs. A mono-concept that seduced thanks to the richness of its offer: in the flat, scrambled, shattered, hull, Norwegian, Florentine, Benedicte, the egg and its decks are displayed on a gigantic slate that occupies a whole wall of wall. Breakfast is served at all times, breakfast is served and private parties can even be organized there. Browgers will also be delighted to learn that the hotel offers a full brunch every day of the week, so why not?

At the time of writing the brunch set menu cost us €26pp. For that you'll get coffee/tea, orange juice, a main (eggs cooked in style of your choice with some salad leaves and skin on potatoes; we had omelettes with bacon and onion), and an American style pancake with syrup and a small bowl of fruit.
More than enough food for us, simple and done well. The owners and waiters spoke very good English and were friendly throughout.
