Here, people live and talk in every corner, while savoring the dish of the day: duck parmentier on Monday, sausage with a knife and mashed potato on Tuesday, chicken and mushroom vol-au-vent on Wednesday, small French salted fish with lentils on Thursday, fish from the market on Friday and pork chop with mashed potato on the weekend.
