Located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés district, Le Procope is a mythical place. The first restaurant to have introduced coffee and democratized it, he also saw the great names of the Enlightenment alongside the establishment. The original decoration is marked by the Parisian events that took place there. There are still some fragments of the 1830's wallpaper and extracts of letters of famous writers. The menu offers seafood platter, scallops and shellfish and well-established traditional dishes: The Dauphiné ravioli and parmesan cream, coq-au-vin, blankets, bar fillet, rigatoni of Canadian lobster, etc. Beautiful terroir and sea offers that the gourmet desserts of the house complement.
