L'ÂNE ET LA MULE
Address in Paris serving tapas, baskets of cold cuts, hearty sandwiches, soups and cheeses.
At the heart of the third half-time Parisian, the Donkey and Mule put forward as a cooker on the ground: slowly but surely. Two guest tables and a large counter and the plot of land for all amateurs. Behind the counter, the cured are waiting and among us they are not waiting for long. For all tastes, tapas, fresh salads (the ham is excellent), charcuteries baskets (andouilles, sausages), foie gras, dildo slices, soups, cheeses. All seriously accompanied by beautiful bottles focusing on natural wines, including Morgon from Lapierre, the Bordeaux of Dominique Léandre Chevalier and the Loire from Gregory Leclerc. In short, the good and the beautiful that you can even take home if you fell in love.
