Chic bistro with a New York look offers fun dishes in a family setting.
Clearly, Moustache has won the hearts of chic bistro lovers. Red benches, parquet floors, New York look… all the ingredients of a bistro decor are there. On the plate? The same is true. Popular dishes are mixed with family dishes and some trendy exotic Thai touches rock all this. At lunchtime, Moustache caters to all those who want to eat well with its Bo Bun salad (soya shoots, vermicelli, salad, fresh herbs, cucumbers, peanuts, homemade vegetarian rolls, beef, chicken or shrimp sautéed in a wok), dessert of the day and an Illy coffee. At dinnertime, the à la carte menu allows the chef to express all his talents through fine flavours: Basque pâté with Espelette pepper and its reduction to pepper, sea bass fillet cooked in the oven accompanied by glasswort and ratte potato, pig fondant with coconut milk, etc. And why not a Chateaubriand beef fillet à la plancha or the Iberian presa with pepper from the Japanese mountains, which Moustache has made its specialities. A nice Parisian bistro but one that knows how to make our taste buds travel without disrupting them too much.

Ce soir, il n'y avait pas assez de personnel et Aurélie a géré tout le restaurant à elle seule ; au moins 12 tables. Extrêmement patiente et minutieuse, 5 étoiles.
