Restaurant in Paris serving meat and quality products, fish and various desserts.
Nestled at the top of Vaugirard Street, just a stone's throw from Odeon and Saint-Michel Boulevard, this red-stormed restaurant with beams and stone decor is the name of a typical bovine race of the Puy-de-Dôme. In the plate, Gilles Lamiot, the boss, resists and wants to put the Auvergne, always forward even if the card is becoming more and more. The meat and the products come mostly from the country and the boss's watchwords are quality and authenticity but the map has also been enriched with very attractive novelties like this fabulous raviole of Auvergne, the amazing stew of salsifis and haddock accompanied by buckwheat crumble to the alarms and a smoked milk espuma or the cod and its roots of frozen vegetables. Serving the local cheeses, they are well-modernized classics by the chef with the image of the merinate lemon pie, which now takes on pesto mint or chocolate mousse accompanied by banana cake. And since April 2016 La Ferrandaise opened La Ferrandaise Boucherie at 112 St. Dominique Street in the 7 th arrondissement of Paris.

직원도 매우 친절하고, 예약하고 가서 바로 들어갈 수 있었음.
하지만 내가 주문한 생선요리의 겉면이 너무 타버려서 아쉬웠다.
