JO
Address in Paris offering good homemade products, traditional cuisine, a menu of poultry and meats.
Le Gramont - institution of Saint-Germain founded in 1967 - bowed out in 2010. It took years after in December 2014 for the address to come back to life with Geoffroy Perdon, a passionate gastronomy who made the choice to keep the elegant and sober setting of the address. Prices have been lowered compared to those of his predecessors, but quality and cooking are still based on good products and tradition. Here everything is homemade and the credo of the chef is first the terroir. The menu is very bistronomic: chicken liver terrine, pan-fried razor fish, roasted turbot and fresh spinach, Bourguignon beef… The desserts are all seasonal and suits all appetites, big gourmet people will rush on the mid-baked chocolate or figs clafoutis, the others will be satisfied with a pretty citrus soup.
