BAKKUS
Paris wine bistro serving hot and cold tapas, signature cuisine and poultry kebab.
Bakkus is undoubtedly positioned in the 21st-c wine bar category with its New-Yorkean loft decor. Moreover, it is no coincidence that the place is called the "new generation wine bistro". A wine list on Ipad, suggestion of all the vintage wines, choice in the number of cl (7, 11 or 16) and finally, against the wall on the left, a successive range of bottles in latest dispensers. Each customer thus keeps control of his quantity, and therefore of their budget, and has at any time the opportunity to taste vintages that they seldom find by the glass, as this Côté Mer vintage in red of Domaine de la Rectorie. Now all that remains to do is to find him a road companion. And there, you have the choice between cold and hot tapas or a more "signature" cuisine of Romain Gervasoni: celery and apricots cream soup, chicken skewer with green curry and coriander, sea bream and homemade tomato ketchup and rice and caramel with orange.
