Restaurant offering to taste its cuisine either in a dining room, at the chef's table or at the table d'hôtes.
For the reopening of Le Marsan in September 2021, Hélène Darroze wanted to reinvent her gourmet address, "focus on the essentials" (producers, real products), "pay homage to Marsan", her family's birthplace... In her Left Bank setting, the Top Chef juror offers guests the chance to sample her cuisine either in the dining room, at the chef's table or at the table d'hôtes for events. Seen on the menu one autumn, a special oyster from Giol with Aquitaine caviar, the indestructible blue lobster with tandoori spices and Landes duck foie gras, a farm squab cooked with a drop of blood, a Solliès fig poached in verjuice... The bar is set high!
