Restaurant in a beautiful setting overlooking the Jardin du Luxembourg, offering Breton and Asian-inspired dishes

Lovers of cuisine, you are probably already familiar with Cristina and Pierre Chomet. Their experience speaks for itself, between a stint in the kitchens of Buckingham Palace for her and the kitchens of Eric Frechon for him, or even regular appearances on the TV show Top Chef : when you go to taste the cuisine of Ambos, you are sure to find a quality experience. In a beautiful setting facing the Jardin du Luxembourg, you will taste dishes of Breton or Asian inspiration, always of great refinement. Beet, smoked eel, cod... We ask for more.

Merci, nous avons adoré la cuisine créative et surprenante de Pierre Chomet. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée pour nos 5 ans de rencontre grâce à toute l’équipe, vraiment tout le monde était adorable. Nous nous sommes sentis chaleureusement accueillis. Une petite remarque constructive : votre cave est très fournie et variée (vins, bulles, spiritueux…) un petit ajout de « sans alcool » rendrait la fête plus folle !

Après avoir eu le plaisir de cuisiner avec Pierre Chomet fin 2023 lors d'un atelier, j'ai voulu découvrir son restaurant.
Aucun regret, le menu en 5 temps était parfait.
Les saveurs sont inhabituelles et très bien dosées.
Chaque plat fut un plaisir gustatif.
La salle vous plonge dans une ambiance cosy et sereine sans oublier l'équipe en salle très agréable et serviable.
Je ne peux que vous recommandez l'adresse de ce Chef fort sympathique et souriant qui a su faire son chemin lors de l'édition 2021 de Top Chef !

We sampled both the Carte Blanche menu and à la carte. The culinary journey was truly creative and borderless. Chefs Cristina Chomet Tejeda and Pierre Chomet mastered Spanish cooking, incorporating herbs and spices from South East Asia, Japan and other parts of the world. They curated dishes with seasonal ingredients from land and ocean. Every dish was well-cooked, fragrant, and balanced. I especially appreciated their celebration of humble root vegetables. Discovering this gem in the 6th arr. was a highlight of the beginning of this year.

We were in Paris for five days and this was our best meal of the trip. We had the chefs tasty menu and it was. It’s just amazing the wine pairing and the surprising whiskey in the middle of the meal was just perfect with every turn. I don’t think that you could go wrong trusting this chef to feed you amazing food.
