Design hotel between Montparnasse and the Eiffel Tower offering charming rooms with good value for money.

The design hotel is ideally located between Montparnasse and the Eiffel Tower. The rooms, all served by a lift, are not huge but they have a crazy charm. They have a very artistic side reminiscent of the proximity to Montparnasse. The modern decoration has been carefully chosen and small details personalize them. Vivid colours and mural frescoes by the artist of the graffiti artist André and John One adorn the walls. The marble bathrooms are very well equipped. The breakfast buffet is served in a nice room. Good value for money.

Bien situé, mais chambre riquiqui, très petite avec juste la place pour passer entre le lit et le mur. Le matelas était plus que moyen.

A experiência estava aceitável até o check-out. Um dia antes o recepcionista nos disse que era complicado pegar UBER pela manhã e que poderia chamar um conhecido para nos levar até o aeroporto. Combinamos a saída às 05:30AM pelo valor de 90 euros. Na manhã seguinte, às 05:20AM fechamos o quarto e nos demos conta de que o elevador não estava funcionando. Acionamos a recepção e fomos informados que ele estava realmente quebrado e que teríamos que descer com todas as bagagens (4 malas, do 4º andar até o térreo) pelas escadas - se o recepcionista que chamou o UBER já sabia da nossa saída às 05:30AM poderia ter avisado com antecedência e ao menos oferecido ajuda pelo empecilho em descer 4 andares com 4 malas. Enfim, depois de descer todas as bagagens pelas escadas, o UBER começou a nos tratar mal pois estávamos 2 minutos atrasados - o recepcionista alegou que nós que marcamos o horário, então deveríamos ter cumprido (não ofereceu ajuda na descida da bagagem nem justificou ao conhecido a falha do elevador). Tenho em minha família pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção que foram mal tratadas pela "demora" em descer pelas escadas. Julgo essa atitude descaso total com os hóspedes, se o hotel estava com uma falha operacional deveria ter feito o possível para minimizar o transtorno aos hóspedes. Para completar, na chegada do aeroporto o motorista disse que o preço combinado era 100 euros e nos fez pagar aos gritos 10 euros a mais do que o combinado e passado pelo recepcionista.

Bad experience at all. No elevator working in the check out, so we have to use the stairs with heavy bags…no helping from the hotel too. They offer you a taxy but the driver increase the value in the end of the travel (hotel should be more profissional in this). Not reccomeded
