HOTEL DU LYS
Hotel with a noble character, with the charm of yesteryear and at an attractive price offering rooms, some with flowered terraces.
Hôtel du Lys was built around 1650 in one of the oldest street of old Paris at the time when the present Saint-Germain Boulevard was at the boarders. It was converted into a hotel in 1908 and the owners preserved its noble character and added comfort and modernism to it. The wooden staircase, high ceilings, exposed beams everywhere and a charm very popular to tourists and foreigners make this hotel a place to be. The rooms covered with fabric and flowers are all different and not very large except No. 8, 11, 13 and 18 that are a little larger. Two of them at the top floor and overlooking the floral terraces are very appreciated by regulars. Free breakfast is served in the hotel lobby. This hotel is one of the most popular in the district due to its charm and the price. It is recommended to reserve well in advance.
