This tea lounge is a true haven of peace. Located just five minutes from Montparnasse station, it offers a well-deserved parenthesis for the stressed Parisians. Push the door, and you will enter the George Cannon tea shop. Take a step further, and discover a charming, wooded and colourful lounge where the waitresses invite you to sit down with a warm smile. The tea card is attractive: black, blue, red, green, fruity or smoked teas. If you don't know what to choose from, start by tasting the day tea that you're offering free of charge. Once your drink has been ordered, take a look at the slate where the homemade treats are registered: sweet cake, lemon pie and chocolate. At noon you can taste Chinese ravioli at the Gyokuro, lasagna in Sencha, or timpani to summer vegetables and Yunnan. A real pleasure!
