L'ÉCOLE DE DÉGUSTATION
It is the oldest tasting school in Paris and probably France. Almost thirty years ago, Jacques Vivet was one of the pioneers in this area. This passion travels through vineyards looking for bottles to be discovered. The initiation cycle is structured around learning the basics of tasting, words to identify the components that determine the taste of wine, the bases of wine agreements, the constitution and management of a cellar. But it also proposes development courses devoted to grape varieties or soils. You can also take part in a workshop of great wines, in full immersion, one Saturday from 10 am to 17 pm. All the courses take place in a small room on the ground floor filled with crates and bottles overlooking a courtyard planted with vines.

Etant de passage dans le coin , je n'ai pas pu résister à y aller ! L'horaire me convenait :
et j'ai pu participer à un atelier découverte de grands vins, en immersion totale, samedi matin ... à 11 heures ( ouvert de 10h à 17h.... dans une petite salle en rez-de-chaussée encombrée de caisses et de bouteilles qui donne sur un cour pavée et plantée de vigne.
JE ME SUIS VRAIMENT REGALEE ,dans tous les sens du terme , et j'y retournerai ! OUI , j'y retournerai
