L’ÉCOLE FERRANDI
Founded in 1920 by the CCI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) of Paris, the Grégoire Ferrandi school trains students in the restaurant, tableware, bakery and pastry-making professions. Located in Paris, not far from the Latin Quarter, it offers a range of courses combining theoretical and practical training within the school and internships within the school's vast network of partner companies, from the CAP to the Bac + 5, as well as several short specialization or retraining programs, with 1,500 students and 2,000 professionals coming for further training.
