Talking and communicating has become so simple that we quickly forget just how much language is a fabulous tool governing and framing every society. This museum is a playground of experimentation open to all, from the very young to the very old. First, you'll discover what language is and how humans use it. Then, the mechanisms of language learning will reveal their secrets: you'll be able to observe how the deformation of words and our desire to twist them make language evolve.

Opening time and information on MUNDOLINGUA
Open Saturday to Wednesday, 10am to 7pm. Open Thursday and Friday by appointment. Free for children under 4. Adults: €8. Children (aged 4 to 12): €5. Group (5 people): €10. Reduced rate of €6 for students (up to age 25), seniors (over 65) and the unemployed, on presentation of proof. Guided tours for groups of 5 or more, with a supplement of €3/person. Guided tours. Store.

Whether you're a beginner or an expert, the exhibition is accessible to all. There are various levels of entry, through reading and listening on touch screens, games and interaction with a number of unusual objects: sound heads, language trees, syntax cubes and bricks, various instruments used by linguists in the field, a facsimile of the Rosetta Stone, the Enigma encryption machine and much more.
Whether you opt for a self-guided tour (headphones available for loan to enjoy the videos and soundtracks), or a guided tour, we want to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Musée chaleureux et rigolo. Il est aussi interactif. J'ai préféré la partie explications avec le gérant du musée, fort sympathique.
Nous recommandons fortement ce musée hyper intéressant, ludique pour les petits comme pour les plus grands.
