GALERIE GASTOU
Gallery exhibiting mainly furniture from the 1980s with multiple influences in Paris
Recognized by its gleaming terrazzo façade, Galerie Gastou is first and foremost a family story, that of Yves Gastou, joined by his son Victor in 2005. After making a name for himself in Toulouse by bringing Art Nouveau and Art Deco up to date, the former opened this space in 1986, not hesitating to exhibit 1980s design alongside creations from the 1940s. Today, father and son continue their eclecticism, mixing and contrasting 20th-century design masters with 21st-century designers (furniture and sculptures).
