The first Pierre Hermé boutique was opened in Tokyo in 1998. The second one on rue Bonaparte was opened in 2001. Since then, it has been an undeniable success. The macaroons of this star pastry chef make even the most fashion-conscious ladies swoon: on the one hand, the "Infiniment" (vanilla, lemon, chocolate, pistachio...), on the other hand the "Signature" (Mogador, Chloé...). As for the pastries, the creations are divided into two categories: the unavoidable ones, such as the Ispahan (rose, raspberry, lychee) and the 2000 leaves, and the cakes according to the seasons. You can also enjoy a coffee at Café Pierre Hermé, on the other side of rue Bonaparte, at 61.

Pâtisserie exceptionnelle , les saveurs des gâteaux sont fabuleuses , associations délicates , amateur de litchis ne pas hésiter l'Isphahan est pour vous. Les prix , bien sûr sont à la hauteur de la réputation de Pierre Hermé 8,9€ le petit gateau. Les macarons et les chocolats y sont aussi magnifiques.

J'adore l'originalité de certains de ses macarons. l'association de saveurs sucrées/salées me font découvrir de nouvelles sensations gustatives. C'est une adresse incontournable pour les gourmands

Je n'ai jamais été déçue par les produits de Pierre Hermé ! Un vrai régal des macarons aux pâtisseries en passant par le cake ! il est pour moi le meilleur pâtissier de Paris !

The macaroon, when you tasted you can not get more behind. You are in a hurry to discover the next collection. Shops are real jewels, a feast for the eyes and the tastebuds.
