LA BOUCHERIE GRÉGOIRE
This butcher's shop on the rue de l'Abbé-Grégoire, appreciated by the locals and known for its old-fashioned decor, has been taken over by Antonin Bonnet, the chef of the Quinsou (the starred table on the street). When it reopens in the summer of 2019, after some work, the new master of the place told us that his ambition is to offer customers "meats that are as ethical as possible, at the right price". High quality meat - we can trust him - from the breeders he is used to working with. Choice of butchery and charcuterie specialities (roast chicken with fig leaf, fricandeau aveyronnais...) and seasonal salads.
