Fanny Heucq, the owner and daughter of a winegrower, has selected high quality champagnes from small farms which, for the most part, do not have access to large-scale distribution. In total, the work of more than 20 artisanal winemakers, whose know-how has nothing to envy the greatest, is honored here. For those who want to refine their knowledge of "fine bubbles", Dilettantes offers tastings and oenology workshops. It is possible to buy on the spot or on the website (about 130 references of local champagnes, plus those of the great houses).
