François Pasteau's Clever Spur is known for a long time by the fans of bistronomie. He was one of the first to put this concept on the table. Since then, many others have followed… In May 2012, it offers an annex: a shop of dishes to take. It meets the demand of a certain clientele and a need, especially at midday, to quickly eat "bistronomique" cuisine or to take it away. On the menu: starters, dishes and desserts created, cooked and packaged in the restaurant kitchens, not forgetting homemade and cooked bread. You can find the entire wine list of the Dupin Spur at wine merchants and some fine grocery products selected by the chef.
