Carine Francart, the former designer of Juan & Juanita Street Jean-Pierre Timbaud in the 11 th, has come back with a highly greedy catering service. Its aim is to put back old recipes to the taste of the day and that is what guides its inspiration. Everything is cooked on site. Carrot salad has other colours, the bite-mrs with of a quail egg exists in mini, the sandwiches forget the ham ham for more "gastronomic" versions even if this is only a sandwich, the apple pie marries to the pecan… The House proposes meal trays for breakfast, for lunch with lunch. entrance, flat and dessert.
