Lacornue FUYEZ cette marque haut de gamme

J’ai acheté une cuisinière Lacornue modèle grand papa (grande largeur ). Le service après vente est nul . En panne de four depuis plus de 6 mois car une résistance a lâché, j’ai contacté ledit service pour commander ma résistance. Après plusieurs appels téléphoniques et mails aucune réponse . C’est inadmissible eu égard au prix et à leur positionnement de pianos pour cuisine haut de gamme . Je déconseille fortement l’achat de leurs produits et ne suis pas la seule sur les réseaux.
