La cuisine du monde est une culture, des français qui tiennent un restaurant japonais pourquoi pas mais l'accueil est déplorable au Japon la base c'est le respect du client, un sourire serait la moindre des choses, et pour les saveurs idem à revoir aucun rapport avec les saveurs du Japon.
Service sobre et efficace.
