Here is a restaurant that plays the menu of a good quality exoticism while respecting the elegant theme of the surrounding area. In a cosy setting (velvet seats, double white tablecloths, wood panelling), people come here to eat more than just Bo Bun and classical Pho soups. The Vietnamese cuisine offered by MY Nguyen is indeed rich and varied and it is a real treat! You can enjoy soups like the Canh Rau Cai with tofu, exotic vegetables and shrimps, and summer rolls which, to differ from their spring cousins, are stuffed with tofu and vegetables but also flavoured as we make them in Hué, the birthplace of the chef. You will also like the Cha Gio for their generous stuffing and their crispy wrapper, whether they are with chicken or vegetables. The shrimp and green mango salad hides under its apparent simplicity of beautiful textural contrasts. As a main course, the duck breast with tamarin or orange is worth the detour, just like the chicken with ginger or curry and the scallops shells in Halong bay way, which you can choose with or without coconut. As for the dessert, we recommend the mango or banana délice with coconut milk to continue this escape of the senses, rather than the classical coconut balls. Guaranteed trip for the tastebuds!
