Restaurant in Paris preparing traditional dishes, meats and grilled fish.
Between the shining dome of the Invalides and the Pasteur Institute this small restaurant is a safe value to get to the gastronomy of Vietnam or for those who already know it and know what they want. Indeed, here we are not talking about eccentric dishes, but rather traditional dishes that are worth a detour. For the duo, the tasting plate (range of beef rolls, nems and lotus salad for shrimps and pork) is a good idea to start meals, like salmon nems, or generous salads, especially beef with basil leaves. For the fish, dill burbot, grilled on a hot plate, is perfectly acceptable. A good address in sum!
