Italian restaurant-bistro in Paris offering traditional Italian cuisine, pizzas and tasty dishes.
The bet of Sylvain Lindon, the brother of a certain Vincent, and his wife Marie has been won. Al Dente, their Italian restaurant, is a success. Its very refined but colourful decoration gives it a relaxed resto-bistro feel, while on the plate it is "traditional" Italian cuisine, but of good quality, prepared by a transalpine chef. Pizzas, but also tasty dishes, such as this calf piccata with lemon, and beautiful compositions, such as these refreshing gambas on stratacciella, peas and candied tomatoes on sunny days. The wine list highlights the Italian terroirs, with the presence of some French wines.
