Italian restaurant in Paris offering home cooking, homemade pasta and various classic dishes.
A stone's throw from the Musée du Quai Branly and a few encâblures of the Eiffel Tower, this Italian restaurant is inspired by the typical family cuisine of Sorrento, where Chef Raffaele and his wife Carla grew up. On the map, we will not be surprised to find in good place des sapori di Sorrento (shrimps and mozzarella cooked in lemon leaves), des di bresaola alla crema di formaggio (bresaola and artichokes stuffed with cheese cream) and des of mozzarella and anchovies. Pasta (linguine, spaghetti, gnocchi, ravioli…) is made home, cooked al dente "minute" with palourdres, ceps, spinach, ricotta or squid. In dishes, classics of the genus (bream filet, gambas cream, bar in the natural or whole bar of salt…) that you don't get tired of finding or discovering with pleasure. One regret, the lack of formula for lunch or menu, which weighs a bit of the addition.
