Located on the corner of boulevard Saint-Germain and rue du Bac, this is a brasserie worthy of the name: copious daily menu, quality wine, fast, friendly service. The menu is traditional: homemade poultry liver terrine, onion soup au gratin, tartare, bavette or entrecôte steak, burger with Aveyron tomme, as well as sea bass filet, salmon pavé... Le cadre est typiquement parisien. Le serveur aussi, très avenant et enjoué. Et nous avons mangé des plats simples mais bien préparés et cuisinés avec des produits de qualité. Je recommande la salade niçoise avec du thon frais.
