Large brasserie with terraces in Paris serving local products, meats, charcuterie and cheeses.
La Source, a brewery with a bistro feel, a bistro with a restaurant feel. This large brasserie with its comfortable brown leather studded chairs, small brown tables... is bright with its covered terraces that open onto two streets, one of which faces a garden and a stone's throw from Les Invalides. The waiters, white shirt and large grey apron, are welcoming and one thing is certain: this place of life will not leave your taste buds insensitive. The products come directly from the terroir, with meat from Aubrac and Salers. You will find deli meats and cheeses just like in the country, not to mention surprises: the handmade andouillette and the prime rib of beef with its aligot that runs up to the ceiling. But also planks, Auvergne, bougnates and cheeses, and salads, from Nordic to vegetarian. And as every good meal is accompanied by good drinks, La Source offers a rich and diversified wine list to discover at the time of the aperitif or meal. The marrow bone and its toasts or the Aveyron pate will make your taste buds salivate.
