FAUST
Bar-club-restaurant in Paris offering dishes with Mediterranean influences to share.
Le Faust, under Pont Alexandre III, on the banks of the Seine with Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower on the horizon, is truly an unmissable address in Paris. The advantage is that you can really spend the whole evening on the spot because it's in some way a three-in-one since it's a bar, a club, which is called Le Tunnel, to refer to the fact that it is under a bridge, and a restaurant, l'Euphorion. At the helm, the young and creative chef Daniel Renaudie has implemented menus that are original to say the least, to the extent that there are none! Indeed, every night, he offers blind menus. You actually know only the ingredients and you can of course tell him at that time your allergies to avoid any disappointment. More original, he breaks with the classic starter/main course/dessert to offer an "in between", dishes with Mediterranean influences to share. But L'Euphorion is more than a restaurant because it is also a multicultural space with shows, exhibitions, café-theatre shows… In short, it's impossible to get bored! At the end of the meal, you are free to go and dance on the dancefloor of the club Le Tunnel, right next door, listening to the good sound of the international DJs who regularly parade at the turntables of Le Faust. Anyway, you got it, no false notes at Le Faust.
