Enjoy traditional French gastronomy, revisited with a contemporary twist in a Paris restaurant.
In a sober white setting with a minimalist design - attention, only a few tables, but spaced out - we taste here French haute cuisine concocted by the couple (in town, as well as in the kitchen) Ryunosuke Naito and Kwen Liew. For a lunch, this talented duo, awarded with a Michelin star, sent us from their open kitchen a pan of girolles and mushrooms in parsley with a perfect egg sprinkled with parmesan, a roasted duckling with apples and a melon-lemon mousse-yoghurt soup. A gourmet interlude!
