This Chiquette is run by David Maroleau, a chef with a well-traveled soul. He offers a cosmopolitan cuisine, which often looks to Asia, and which can be tasted in a refined setting or in the interior garden in fine weather. For an autumn lunch, the hesitation was legitimate between organic gambas and their lemongrass broth and char siu pork (a dish of Cantonese origin), which could be enjoyed as an appetizer or a main course.
